Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, checks and Money Orders. We will also ship C.O.D., or contact us at any time to apply for an account.

Delivery

All deliveries are shipped freight prepaid and billed to buyer, unless previous arrangements have been made.

Notice

Buyer assumes all responsibility for use and application of merchandise purchased from Precision Fasteners & Components, L.L.C. A professional Engineer or Architect should always be consulted as to the hold down values for securing panels. P.F.C. is only liable for replacement of original purchased products. P.F.C. has no additional liability whatsoever, consequential or contingent.

Returned Checks & Overdue Accounts

There will be a $30.00 fee on all returned checks. Accounts over 30 days will be subject to 1.5% interest per month, plus any and all collection costs, including attorney fees.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns must have prior authorization before the return is made. All returns other than defective merchandise will be subject to a 20% (of value) restocking fee.

Damaged and Defective Merchandise

If merchandise is received damaged or defective, notify a PFC representative immediately for credit, and note damage on freight bill.
